At Hoodrich Official Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your street gear. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn items with all original Hoodrich branding and tags into the original shipping packaging or a sturdy alternative.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
